Pennsylvania Lawmaker/Ex Cop Wants To Introduce Legislation Criminalizing Taunting Police Officers

Because you know, they might get their feelers hurt.
Nevermind that pesky Free Speech thingy you may have heard rumors about in the past.

Pennsylvania Lawmaker Wants To Make It Illegal To Taunt A Police Officer

In Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, earlier this week, lawmakers, police officers and other supporters gathered at the state capitol to celebrate Law Enforcement Appreciation Day. Amid praise for those who wear the badge, state Rep. Dom Costa (D), former chief of the Pittsburgh Police, suggested he would introduce legislation to protect police officers -- not from physical harm, but from getting their feelings hurt by citizens.
Following comments by state Sen. John Rafferty (R), who spoke about criminal targeting of police and encouraged attendees to support his resolution to recognize 2015 as the “Year of the Law Enforcement Officer,” Costa discussed another supposed threat to police.
"This nonsense that is going today on where police officers are being taunted by people and being provoked, let's face it we’re all human beings, and eventually that emotion will break. And that’s what they’re trying to do," he said, according to Raging Chicken Press, seemingly speaking about anyone who would verbally challenge police. "So, what I’ve talked to some of my colleagues and the senator [Senator Rafferty] is that we have a bill about taunting a police dog. It’s illegal. There should be out that you can’t taunt a police officer because you’re going to get those emotions up. [We] are looking at that bill to put it forward in the House, and I am sure the Senate will follow. Or at least support that bill."

At this point in our long slow slide to absolute tyranny I would like to stop for a moment to point to this particular article as the absolute epitome of what is wrong with this country and why we are where we are right now.

We have elected officials who have absolutely no clue of how our government is supposed to work and instead find ever more ridiculous thoughts that they wish to make law.

The real problem here is that they do make them laws, irregardless of their basis in reality or in the context of well thought out long term effects.

Knee jerk feel good legislation that adds yet another layer of regulation or prohibition against what has historically and with legal precedence been perfectly legal for CENTURIES.

Because some podunk cop with no self control might get his or her feelings hurt when you call them a Jack Booted Thug, this clown wants to make that act illegal.

I have one thing to say to Mr.Dom Costa.

You sir, are a menace to a free society.

This is why we have recall petitions available to us to get rid of unqualified jack asses who somehow manage to get into office before they show just how dangerously stupid they are. If recall petitions do not do the trick we do have other means that have worked in the past and may well be coming to a voting district near you very soon.

If you somehow managed to reach adult hood without grasping the concept that Free Speech is absolutely guaranteed and sacrosanct in this country then you should have no reasonable expectation to hold the authority to tell anyone to do anything at any time, ever.

Our country is lost to us until we can educate our citizens again and that has been under attack for fifty years now so I am not holding my breath.

A Conversation Who's Time Has Come.

It is actually way overdue.

Read it all and see if you don't find yourself nodding in agreement.

Law Enforcement Organizations are completely out of control in this country and we are in effect, living Without Rule of Law right now.

Global Economic Turf Wars, The Days Of U.S. Dollar Dominance Are Numbered.

I bet you didn't see anything about this on the evening news , did you?

This has HUGE ramifications and is a direct slap in the face to the Federal Reserve.

U.S. urges allies to think twice before joining China-led bank

(Reuters) - The United States urged countries on Tuesday to think twice about signing up to a new China-led Asian development bank that Washington sees as a rival to the World Bank, after Germany, France and Italy followed Britain in saying they would join.
The concerted move by U.S. allies to participate in Beijing's flagship economic outreach project is a diplomatic blow to the United States and its efforts to counter the fast-growing economic and diplomatic influence of China.
Europe's participation reflects the eagerness to partner with China's economy, the world's second largest, and comes amid prickly trade negotiations between Brussels and Washington.
European Union and Asian governments are frustrated that the U.S. Congress has held up a reform of voting rights in the International Monetary Fund that would give China and other emerging powers more say in global economic governance.
Washington insists it has not actively discouraged countries from joining the new bank, but it has questioned whether the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) will have sufficient standards of governance and environmental and social safeguards.

Apparently no one choked to death laughing at the bald faced irony of that last statement.

Make no mistake, there is a monstrous power shift underway right now in the economic sphere and we are taking it on the chin.

The lines have been drawn and China is actively and rapidly manouvering to get the U.S.Dollar replaced as the worlds reserve currency.

This little drama unfolding here is just the latest move in that drama.

I will leave it to folks who follow these things to explain it better but this has immense ramifications down the line.
The Federal Reserve has been put on notice, this is basically a vote of no confidence in them.

Rightful Liberty Report, A New Website For All Liberty Issue News

Shamelessly copied verbatim from Sam Kerodin @ III Percent Patriots

New Website: Rightful Liberty Report

We are proud to announce the launch of a new website for the Liberty Movement: Rightful Liberty Report.

www.RightfulLibertyReport.com

We have launched a companion site in blog format where Patriots can discuss particular stories. You'll see a [Discuss] link next to select stories that will take you to the blog for comments.

Bloggers: We could use your help spreading the word about the new site.  I hope you'll consider a post as well as adding us to your blogroll.

Editorial Focus: Stories relevant to the Liberty Movement will be featured.  No weather reports, celebrity goofs, or extraneous bread & circuses stories.  Politics matter to the Patriot and will be covered from the perspective of Lexington Green.  Stories from Leftist Useful Idiots will be featured as warranted to keep everyone informed of their latest propaganda and lines of attack.

Fair Warning: This site will be far more time-intensive than even a blog, in order to keep current.  It will need to be updated several times each day, and of course as there is breaking news.  That means we will need help.  We will need the help of III Patriots who can send us relevant links to news stories that deserve to be read by your fellow Patriots.  So as you go through your daily reading lists, please send us a link if you think a story is important to Liberty.  And don' take it personally if your submissions don't always get linked.  Not every story will make the editorial cut, and many stories will be featured on several outlets, and we'll only be linking one.  Let's keep the conspiracy stuff limited - conspiracies exist, but not every event is the byproduct of a grand scheme.

Patriot bloggers & Businesses: If you think your blog should be included, drop us a note.  (Link is on the page)  If you own a Patriot/Liberty business and would like to be considered for a link, also drop us a note.

Taliban Are Not Terrorists, or So Says the White House

Yet if you are here, reading this, you are a Domestic Terrorist.
Do you get it yet?

“They do carry out tactics that are akin to terrorism. They do pursue terror attacks in an effort to try to advance their agenda,” White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest explained today, but “they have a different classification.”
Semantics aside, the Taliban is suspected in multiple attacks over just the last 48 hours that have killed more than 30 people, including a suicide bombing attack on a funeral in Afghanistan today that killed 16 and wounded 39.

A different classification.

Right.

These people are so full of shit and so detached from reality that when confronted with it, they automatically try to spin it to fit their agenda.

No matter how ridiculous they look doing it.

So, to show you just how ridiculous this is on it's face, let's put it into perspective.

According to our government, this admittedly sketchy looking individual is a Domestic Terrorist;

These are not Terrorists;

Let's try to keep that straight, shall we?

John Kerry Publicly Warns Feinstein About "Timing" Her Release Of Torture Investgation Findings

This is actually unusual in that it wasn't done in the old fashioned arm twisting privately method.

Our government tortured people after 9/11, this is an indisputable fact.
The denials, obfuscation, delay tactics and outright lying about it since then do not change this fact and these are criminal acts, period.

If you, as an American citizen even briefly entertain the thought that there is no way they would ever do this to you I suggest you start believing differently right now.

Anyone reading this Blog is instantly considered a Domestic Terrorist or at the very least, a sympathizer by this same government and the only difference between a Domestic Terrorist and an Armed Combatant is whether or not you happen to have a pocket knife in your pants and checking a different box on a government form.

WASHINGTON (AP) — Secretary of State John Kerry has asked Sen. Dianne Feinstein to "consider" the timing of the expected release of a long-awaited report on the CIA's harsh interrogation techniques.

Kerry called Feinstein to discuss the broader implications of the timing of publicly releasing a declassified summary of her committee's report "because a lot is going on in the world, and he wanted to make sure that foreign policy implications were being appropriately factored into timing," State Department spokeswoman Jen Psaki said Friday.
She said Kerry during the call reiterated the support of the administration for the release of the report on detention and interrogation, but "he also made clear that the timing is of course her choice."
These factors to consider "include our ongoing efforts against ISIL and the safety of Americans being held hostage around the world," Psaki said.

The Senate Intelligence Committee is poised to release early next week the first public accounting of the CIA's use of torture on al-Qaida detainees held in secret facilities in Europe and Asia in the years after the terrorist attacks of Sept. 11, 2001.
It will come in the form of a 480-page executive summary of the 6,200-page report by Democrats on the committee, who spent six years reviewing millions of secret CIA documents.
According to many U.S. officials who have read it, the document includes disturbing new details about the CIA's use of such techniques as sleep deprivation, confinement in small spaces, humiliation and the simulated drowning process known as waterboarding. President Barack Obama has acknowledged, "We tortured some folks."
But the report goes much further than to simply condemn the brutal methods, which Obama banned in 2009 and were repudiated by the three most recent CIA directors. It alleges that the harsh interrogations failed to produce unique and life-saving intelligence. And it asserts that the CIA systematically lied about the covert program to officials at the White House, the Justice Department and congressional oversight committees.

So Kerry is pretty much still trying to forestall this getting into the hands of people who are very interested in
going over it line by line.

There is undoubtedly some very damning testimony, documentation, evidence and the timelines will be especially interesting .

What I really want you to understand about all of this, legal or not is that they learned things that under normal circumstances and color of law, that they should never, ever, have been able to do.

Techniques that were unheard of because the technology wasn't there before were tested and evaluated.

Medical professionals were employed to monitor victims of torture to be able to inform those doing the torturing just how far they could go before they went too far for even our own guidelines at the time which prohibited causing organ failure.

Stop and think about that last fact.
That was the legal red line that wasn't supposed to be crossed, causing so much pain and physical damage that internal organs would fail.

That pretty much left it wide open for even the most vile methods modern man could come up with and unfortunately, that red line was crossed on occasion anyway.

All of this is in that report and more because quite a bit of it is already public knowledge.

This is why Kerry and the rest of the administration do not want it released at all.

They know damn good and well that when our enemies find out what happened under the Bush administration it won't matter who is in charge over here because as the saying goes, payback is a bitch. You can bet the last shred of respect you ever had for our government that when this gets out that the recent unpleasantness over seas is going to get kicked up a few notches and those fanatics over in the Sand Box will have more than enough justification in their own eyes so that nothing is off the table if this is what we do to our prisoners here at home while talking out the other side of our mouth about justice, the land of the free and all those other quaint notions that no longer apply.

All this is going to happen while Obama is still in office and he has no stomach for what it's going to take
to deal with it as he is an admitted Muslim supporter and that is exactly who we were torturing, Muslims.

What they were actually doing was practicing on the Muslims.
