Start Your Week Out Right

Watching a bunch of these AntiFa scumbags getting their heads cracked and eating pepper spray.

It warms the cockles of my black little heart to see there is a limit to what decent people will put up with before they start handing out beatings and these jerks have most definitely been asking for some beatings.
This isn't just an American problem either, these AntiFa pukes are making asses out of themselves the world over.
They are also taking lumps all over for their troubles.

The Uncertainty Of The Coming Years Under Trump

I know pretty much anyone reading this must have celebrated the passing of Barack Obama out of the presidency and away from the levers of power finally.

With him goes an entire army of acolytes and several fellow unindicted criminals who went out of their way to shred the fabric of this great nation.

We also narrowly avoided almost certain civil war with the defeat of Hillary Clinton.
I well and truly believe that if she had gotten into the Oval Office with the powers of the presidency behind her that this country would be in a shooting war with its self before she was out of office.

So now we have President Donald Trump and his fledgling administration coming in to do damage control and roll back some of the insanity sown by Obama and his minions.

While I will admit I voted for the guy, it was either that or sit this one out.

To be honest, Trump has the hairs on the back of my neck standing up.

While he espouses a very nationalistic and populous bravado about making America great again and all these things he is going to do for the little guy, I cannot get that famous Lord Acton quote out of my head every time I see the man on television or on the internet.

Power tends to corrupt, and absolute power corrupts absolutely.

Trump is already very well known for being a bit over the top and as a very, very rich man used to being able to bark orders at underlings already, the thoughts of the spy agencies and the military industrial complex whispering in his ear about the need to keep up and even expand the already outrageous invasions of privacy they perpetrate every single day against every single American, quite frankly scares the hell out of me.

I can very easily envision the power available behind that office going straight to his head and him starting to start acting and resembling an outright dictator.

I laughed recently when Obama threatened to "step in" if he saw Donald Trump doing something he didn't like but I stopped laughing when I realized that the office of the presidency and the unimaginable powers that go with it, get to be taken for granted after a while by those who's asses sit in the chair in that office.
It was pretty obvious to me that it hadn't occurred to former president Obama yet that he has no stroke anymore.
He's just another guy now. One with admittedly a hell of a lot more Secret Service agents surrounding him still yet his abilities to tell people what to do are pretty much limited to his dog now.
The guy could try to tell me what to do and I would laugh in his face.
Who the fuck do you think you are now?

Trump on the other hand already had that kind of stroke and now the only thing, I hope, that can constrain him is that "God damn piece of paper" to quote former president George W. Bush.

That same piece of paper Obama lamented about "constraining" him and limiting what he could and couldn't get away with to a point.
You know the one, something called The Constitution, the thing that this entire system of government was laid out with and the one thing that actually spells out what a president can and can not do.

Obama and his predecessors tried getting around it with pens and phones, also known as Executive Orders.
Trump is already all over that on his first official day in office.

All I can do is wait and see but I will guarantee one thing about Mr. Trump.

It is just going to be a matter of time before he pisses you off.
One way or another he is going to do something somebody doesn't like.
It goes with the office.

I sincerely hope he guts as many government agencies as possible, builds that fucking fence along our border with Mexico, turns Mad Dog Mattis loose on those ragheaded sonsabitches who mean to conquer the West and brings lots of buckets to drain that swamp we call Washington D.C. with.

Hell, I'll take two of any of those things and call it a win.

In the mean time, I see absolutely no reason not to keep doing as much as possible to prepare for the worst.

Beans, Band Aids and Bullets my friends.
Those things are timeless and ever handy to have.
Keep learning and use this lull in the Socialists power to keep getting squared away.
Only God knows what the future holds but the past is generally a pretty good place to see what is possible.

Pick an area that you feel could use some attention and start working on it instead of putting your head in the sand because you think Donald Trump is going to save the day.

I wouldn't bet on that if I were you.

Taking A Closer Look At The Slur Of Being Called Islamophobic

Just out of curiosity I decided to look up a couple of definitions.
First, lets start with the root word of the term Islamophobia, the word phobia.

Merriam-Webster defines a phobia as "an extremely strong dislike or fear of someone or something".

OK, moving on, lets see the definition of the word Islam from the same source :" the religion which teaches that there is only one God and that Muhammad is God's prophet : the religion of Muslims".

So to take this term Islamophobia literally, it means the strong dislike or fear of the religion of Muslims.
There are other ways to take this of course but for this discussion I'm going with this one.

After getting these definitions I Google searched Islamophobia and went directly to that bastion of Liberalism, U.C. Berkeley to get their take on it.

Defining "Islamophobia"

The term "Islamophobia" was first introduced as a concept in a 1991 Runnymede Trust Report and defined as "unfounded hostility towards Muslims, and therefore fear or dislike of all or most Muslims." The term was coined in the context of Muslims in the UK in particular and Europe in general, and formulated based on the more common "xenophobia" framework.

The report pointed to prevailing attitudes that incorporate the following beliefs:

Islam is monolithic and cannot adapt to new realities
Islam does not share common values with other major faiths
Islam as a religion is inferior to the West.
It is archaic, barbaric, and irrational.
Islam is a religion of violence and supports terrorism.
Islam is a violent political ideology.
For the purposes of anchoring the current research and documentation project, we provide the following working definition:

Islamophobia is a contrived fear or prejudice fomented by the existing Eurocentric and Orientalist global power structure. It is directed at a perceived or real Muslim threat through the maintenance and extension of existing disparities in economic, political, social and cultural relations, while rationalizing the necessity to deploy violence as a tool to achieve "civilizational rehab" of the target communities (Muslim or otherwise). Islamophobia reintroduces and reaffirms a global racial structure through which resource distribution disparities are maintained and extended.

Now to dissect this a bit.

"Islamophobia is a contrived fear or prejudice fomented by the existing Eurocentric and Orientalist global power structure."

Don't believe your lying eyes, there is a conspiracy to smear these people by some amorphous group of people in the world who apparently have a lot of power, somewhere over yonder.
We are back to this irrational fear and aversion thing.

I don't know about you, but I believe I have a very rational reason to be averse to things like this,

I could go on here for days but I'm quite sure you get what I am trying to say.
Back to the list,

"Islam is monolithic and cannot adapt to new realities".

Devout Islamic Muslims study the Quran and the lesser known to Western Culture, The Sunna.

The Sunna

“The Sunna” in Arabic literally means, “a clear or well trodden path”. It refers to whatever Muhammad said, did, condoned, or condemned. It is the record of Muhammad’s sayings, customs, teachings, or the example that he left for all Muslims to follow. Muslims view Muhammad as being the perfect example for all human beings.

They take the teachings in this literature to heart and follow their directives without question.
The charge of being monolithic and unable or unwilling to adapt to new realities is pretty much undeniable.
Take one hard look at how the adherents to ISIS take these works literally and I think you will agree.

"Islam does not share common values with other major faiths."

Most of the religions I know about don't call for mandatory conversion or death, although there was that whole Inquisition thing. enough said there.

"Islam as a religion is inferior to the West."

Who am I to rate anyone's religion and how does one go about that anyway?

"It is archaic, barbaric, and irrational."

I would have to say that other than the Pastafarian's referenced above, most all religions would have to be considered "archaic".
Buddhism, Christianity, Islam, Judaism, all are pretty much long in the tooth and have been around a while without any real changes to their principles set down at inception.

Barbaric?

Most definitely, see the photos above in case you need any reminders.

As for irrational, ask any Atheist and they will tell you all religions are irrational.

"Islam is a religion of violence and supports terrorism."

Take a quick gander at a very short list and make up your own mind.

"Islam is a violent political ideology."

Google the words Islam violent ideology.

The number two search result, right behind a Wikipedea link is this,

Research: Islam really is the world’s most violent religion

Together with a number of research assistants, the Danish linguist Tina Magaard spent three years examining the texts of the ten largest religions. The purpose was to investigate whether any of the religions incite violence.

The conclusion was clear: “The texts of Islam are clearly distinct from the other religions texts as they, to a higher degree, call for violence and aggression against followers of other faiths. There are also direct incitements to terror. … Moreover, in the Qur’an there are hundreds of invitations to fight against people of other faiths.”

The verses are in black and white and without mitigating context. One of the verses that deal with non-Muslims is: “So when you meet those who disbelieve, strike their necks until you have inflicted slaughter upon them.” (Qur’an 47: 4).

In conclusion, after fisking the Islamic apologist dogma and their attempt to slur people who have a very justifiable aversion to the religion of Islam and it's more zealous followers I can answer this question;

Am I Islamophobic?

Absolutely.

Just 62 People Now Own As Much Wealth As Half The Total Global Population.

Five years ago it took 388 people to make that happen.
In five years, the amount of wealth that has soared to the top 1% of the population has increased dramatically and is showing no signs of slowing down.
To qualify as being part of the richest 1/2 of the total population you only had to make $4400 a year.
To put this into perspective,

these 62 people have more wealth than 3 BILLION people put together.

Sixty-two people have the same amount of wealth as half the world, says Oxfam

Just 62 people own as much wealth as the poorer half of the global population, a new report reveals, as the widening of the gap between the rich and poor accelerates.
As the business elite converge on Davos for the World Economic Forum, an Oxfam report shows wealth is becoming further concentrated, with the number of people owning the same amount as the bottom half of humanity falling from 388 to 62 in five years.
It says a "broken" economic model underpinned by deregulation, privatisation and financial secrecy has seen the wealth of the richest 62 people jump by 44 per cent in five years to $1.76 trillion.

In that time, the wealth of the poorest 3.6 billion people plunged by 41 per cent.

"The big winners in our global economy are those at the top. Our economic system is heavily skewed in their favour. Far from trickling down, income and wealth are instead being sucked upwards at an alarming rate," the report said.

What cannot be sustained won't be.

Russian cruise missiles hit ISIS from Mediterranean & Caspian; 600 killed in one strike

Mr. Obama should be taking notes here.

Russian cruise missiles hit ISIS from Mediterranean & Caspian; 600 killed in one strike

The Russian military has launched cruise missiles against Islamic State positions in Syria from both the Mediterranean and Caspian seas, one of which killed over 600 terrorists in the Deir Ex-Zor Province, Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu has said.
“On November 20, the warships of the Caspian Fleet launched 18 cruise missiles at seven targets in the provinces of Raqqa, Idlib and Aleppo. All targets were hit successfully,” he reported to President Vladimir Putin.
Overall, there are 10 warships taking part in the operation, six of which are in the Mediterranean.
Islamic State (IS, formerly ISIS/ISIL) have been suffering huge losses as a result of the Russian offensive, Shoigu said, adding that data on the ground shows that the flow of terrorists arriving in Syria has decreased, while more and more militants are fleeing the warzone to head north and south-west.
Over the past four days, Russian air forces have conducted 522 sorties, deploying more than 100 cruise missiles and 1,400 tons of bombs of various types, the minister stated.
He added that a strike on a target in Deir ez-Zor utilizing multiple cruise missiles had killed more than 600 militants.
Shoigu stressed that the number of aircraft taking part in the operation has been doubled, and now consists of 69 jets conducting 143 sorties on a daily basis.
The minister pointed out that Russia is focused on destroying the terrorists’ economic base, having targeted 15 oil storage and refinery facilities as well as 525 oil trucks.
“We stopped supplies of 60,000 tons of oil per day to the black market and terrorists are losing $1.5 million daily,” Shoigu said.
Russia has also destroyed 23 jihadists training camps, 19 plants producing explosives, 47 ammunition depots, as well as many other targets, according to the minister.
In addition, Russia’s air campaign has provided significant support for Syrian government troops near Aleppo, Idlib, Latakia and Palmyra, he noted.
He also added that the Russian military has begun cooperating with its French counterparts, as ordered by President Putin.
The Defense Ministry has published a video showing Russian servicemen at the Khmeimim airbase in Syria writing ‘For our people’ and ‘For Paris’ on bombs that were later dropped on the terrorists.

This is how you take care of these terrorist bastards, the Russians are pissed off  and ain't fucking around anymore.

Woman Released After 67 Days In Jail For Refusing To Identify Herself At A Traffic Stop

Stubborn little thing!

You should read the whole piece because it pissed off the LEO and the judge, cost the county $4,500 to keep her and she still won't give her name after being released. The FBI ran her prints and said she wasn't wanted so I am assuming they know her identity but no one is saying it out loud.

It seems they think she served enough time and learned her lesson, I'm thinking they got tired of it costing them money.

'Jane Doe' released from jail after 67 days

Close to a dozen members of a local advocacy group against what they consider to be the misapplication of federal and state law waited outside the Carroll County Detention Center to greet a woman released Tuesday morning who had been arrested after failing to identify herself after a routine traffic stop in June.

During her time at the detention center, the woman continued to refuse to identify herself, claiming it was her Fifth Amendment right.

Bob Kurland, a member of the Westminster-based Save-A-Patriot Fellowship — a group claiming it is intent on ensuring that law is accurately interpreted and appropriately enforced — questioned the court's refusal to release the woman, who became known as Jane Doe, sooner because of her choice to invoke the Constitution.

"Do you believe she is John Dillinger, public enemy No. 1?" said Kurland, who along with other members of the group refused to identify Doe. "How can you be held for exercising your Fifth Amendment rights?"

However, police, prosecutors and a law professor considered to be an expert on the Fifth Amendment contend that refusing to identify yourself to law enforcement isn't protected by the Constitution.

"If that were the case, no one would ever have to provide information, and we would have burglars and robbers and people running all over the place not knowing who they were," Carroll County State's Attorney Brian DeLeonardo said Tuesday.

Essentially, the Fifth Amendment "protects criminal defendants from having to testify if they might incriminate themselves through the testimony," according to the Legal Information Institute at Cornell University.

Doe, who continues to refuse to identify herself even after being released from jail, was arrested June 27 after she failed to stop for a Carroll County Sheriff's Office deputy for a tail light that was out.

Doe, who spoke with the Times on Tuesday afternoon after her release but continued to refuse identifying herself, said she saw lights close behind her but "didn't know what it was," so she proceeded at a steady pace. When the trooper made contact with her at a traffic light, she refused to identify herself and had to be forceably removed from her vehicle, according to court documents. She was charged with failure to obey a lawful command, resisting arrest and obstructing an investigation, according to electronic court documents.

Because of her continued refusal to identify herself, neither the Sheriff's Office nor the State's Attorney's Office believed it was prudent to immediately release her, according to Sheriff Jim DeWees.
